FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic power device includes tubular chamber secured at its ends with locking devices, power members and sealing collars. Tubular chamber is installed on stepped rod and power members are made flexible and concentrically arranged on tubular chamber. Sealing collars are located on inner flexible power member between supporting adjusting nuts and outer flexible power member and made in form of flexible rings enclosed in metal springy frameworks of rectangular cross-section. Impact strength of material of outer and inner flexible power members satisfies relation μ_o≥ 2μ_i, where μ_o is impact strength of material of outer flexible power members; μ_i is impact strength of material of inner flexible power member.
