FIELD: storage and shipment of biological preparations. SUBSTANCE: thermostat has heat-insulated body with cover and working chamber, thermoelectric module, automatic control unit with control panel, radiator, fan and vent opening with protective screen. Working chamber is made from corrosion-resistant material. Fan and radiator are mounted below working chamber bottom. Bottom part of thermostat body is provided with device having supports for fixing this device on vehicle so that space for passage of air into vent opening is formed. Thermostat cover has unit with hole providing communication with drainage means for donor organ survival. EFFECT: increased efficiency in providing survival of biological substance under predetermined thermal conditions. 4 dwg
