FIELD: low-frequency radio communication. SUBSTANCE: earth-ionosphere waveguide is excited by formation of corrugated plasma blanket around wire antenna of spacecraft oriented along geometric field. Slow quasi-surface wave is excited in it which is re-emitted into inherent wave of ionospheric plasma. In this case re-adjustment of wave vector of re-emitted wave into vertical which is carried out by scanning of frequency of excitation signal and/or by change of density of plasma in corrugated blanket.
