FIELD: radio communication. SUBSTANCE: plasma column is formed in lower ionosphere by excitation plasma-wave h. f. discharge which has to be self-mated along geomagnetic field in the field of stating waves; then the discharge is polarized by l. f. signal. In order to improve efficiency of l. f. radiation, the accelerating field is formed in the region of h. f. discharge. In this case spiral electron flux is formed being synchronized with l. f. wave to be radiated. Device for realization is made in form of electric oscillator, formed by sectors of coaxial cylinders. Sizes and orientation of the cylinders are chosen in specific manner. EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation. 2 cl, 2 dwg
