FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: upper sheet of material is bent through edge of lower sheet or vice versa. In this case area of bent part of sheet should be bigger than area of zone of action of punch. Sheets thus folded and pressed against each other are punched through with punch incorporating set of sharpened members other are punched through with punch incorporating set of sharpened members (for instance, conical ones) which can have any shape of sharpening which ensures lifting of punch without pick-up of material with sharpened members of punch. Any flexible material, for example compacted rubber, beech, etc can be used as matrix. EFFECT: considerable reduction of effort for formation of electrical joint of plastic metal sheet material. 2 dwg
