FIELD: people flow restrict devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices that restrict the flow of people, in particular, during public events. The pre-fabricated mobile fence consists of folding barrier modules connected to each other, which are vertical screens made of metal sheets or meshes fixed on a metal frame, pivotally connected to the observation platform and the base. On the lower part of the base, resting on the surface, there are lugs made of steel with a hardness of 50-60 HRC distributed over its entire area in the form of a triangle, one side of which is adjacent to the base, and the angle at the top is 60-90°, while the distance between the two with any lugs is 0.2-0.4 of the width of the base in the direction perpendicular to the vertical screen.

EFFECT: obtaining a pre-fabricated mobile fence, which ensures the restriction of the flow of people and the containment of crowd pressure during mass events due to the use of metal lugs on the lower part of the base of the barrier module, which rests on the surface of the fenced perimeter, which excludes shift and slippage of both the barrier module itself and the entire fence generally.
