FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hydraulic cylinder with main low-pressure chamber accommodating piston coupled with rods-plungers. Chamber communicates through hydraulic distributor with working liquid source and with drain. Device has also additional low-pressure chambers arranged coaxially with main chamber and communicating through check valves and restrictors with pneumohydraulic accumulator. High-pressure chambers are made in pistons installed in additional low-pressure chambers. High-pressure chambers communicate with working liquid source and with drain through system of check valves. Device can be also advantageously used in mining and metal working and other industries for cutting solid and sheet metallic and non metallic materials. EFFECT: increased efficiency of hydraulic cutting owing to increased cutting force. 1 dwg
