SUBSTANCE: installation contains a frame with a lock keeper with the possibility of installing an oil well pump with the required angle of inclination to the horizon, a receiving tank made in the form of a cylinder in which the oil well pump is placed. The pump is equipped with a hydraulic drive, the hydraulic cylinder rod is connected to the pump rod and equipped with limit switches. The oil well pump is equipped with a pump and accumulator station, the pump pressure line of it is connected to the receiving cavity through a check valve. The pressure chamber of the oil well pump is configured to communicate through an adjustable throttle, a check valve, an adjustable overflow valve with a working fluid tank or a receiving tank. Moreover, the output of the check valve is communicated with the hydropneumatic accumulator. The rods of the oil well pump and the hydraulic cylinder are telescopically interconnected and can be spring-loaded to each other.
