FIELD: pumps and hydraulic motors. SUBSTANCE: hollow working wheel with vanes forming working chambers is mounted for rotation in housing being arranged eccentrically with clearance relative to housing. Partition of distributing hollow shaft forms inlet branch pipe at one end face of shaft and outlet branch pipe at other end of shaft. Placed on shaft with eccentricity are fixed parts of bearings which have liquid inlet and outlet channels. Housing is installed for rotation being driven by electric motor and forming liquid ring. Working wheel is freely fitted on bearings at outer side of shaft. Working wheel is made up of two end face disks and radial flat vanes rogodly connected with disks. Flat vanes have sealing members arranged from shaft side. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 dwg
