FIELD: rotary-piston fluid-ring or oscillating-piston machines or pumps.

SUBSTANCE: fluid-ring machine comprises housing and working wheel eccentrically mounted on the unmovable distributing hollow shaft inside the housing for permitting rotation. The shaft is provided with a baffle that forms the inlet branch pipe from one side and the outlet branch pipe from the other side. The housing is mounted for permitting rotation and is actuated from an electric motor. The radial blades are secured to the inner cylindrical side of the housing. The number of blades is equal to the number of blades of the working wheel.
