FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in all spheres of science and technique where liquid-package ring machines and processes are used. Proposed machine has housing with suction and delivery ports and shaft installed eccentrically relative to housing on which wheel is mounted provided with two carrying disk and blades installed between disks flush with their outer edges to form working cells. Wheel is provided with two valve disks installed at its edges in parallel with carrying disks. Curvilinear partitions forming the channels are placed between carrying and valve disks. Each channel communicates with working cell close to shaft. Outer openings of channels are uniformly spaced of over wheel periphery. EFFECT: reduced losses caused by friction of machine members and wrong organization of aerodynamics of gas flows. 3 cl, 3 dwg
