Frame has two multilink holders 2 with upper rod 3, two side rods 4, 5 and two lower rods 6, 7 hinge connected in tandem. Upper pair of light reflecting plates 8, 9 is hinge connected by end faces on ends of upper rod 3 of holders 2 and second pair is rigidly coupled ends of two side rods 4, 5 by end faces.
