SUBSTANCE: greenhouse has outer transparent heat-reflecting construction 1, cultivation system with parallel vegetative units 2 including triangular frames, plant troughs 3 arranged in tiers on side surfaces of triangular frames. System for controlling irradiation and heating modes in plant growing zone has greenhouse heating units and irradiation units. Greenhouse heating unit 5 has heating members fixed by brackets below respective plant trough along it. Plant irradiation unit has artificial irradiation sources 6 with light reflectors 7. Irradiation sources 6 are arranged in rows in spacings between vegetative units 2 within space defined by heat and light-reflecting screen 8 mounted below greenhouse roofing fence and heat-correcting transparent screens 9 positioned in parallel with facing side surfaces of triangular frames of adjacent vegetative units 2 above plant troughs 3.
