FIELD: water supply systems. SUBSTANCE: usage as semipermeable membrane of microfilmers and ultrafiltering membranes with average size of pores from 0.15 to 0.45 mcm and time of medium with dosing substance contacting through semipermeable membrane in mixing chamber from 1.0 to 0.2 s allows to provide time lag of dosing system in limits of ≅ 25 s, that meets requirements to dosing systems, that are used in mobile and contacting systems of drinking and apyrogenic water preparation. Adjustment of dosing substance amount is exercised directing the whole stream or its part into mixing chamber. Accuracy of dosage during long time is provided with usage of saturated solution of dosing substance, that has firm phase. EFFECT: improved efficiency of dosing system. 3 dwg, 2 tbl
