FIELD: obtaining of superclean water. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary cleaning of water; separating on membranes due to the action of pressure difference discharging permeate and concentrate in two stages; treating first-stage permeate with active carbon and feeding it for second-stage treatment; returning separation second-stage concentrate to first stage; conducting disinfection of permeate discharge channel by diffusing silver ions from cavity containing silver nitrate solution and separated by semipermeable membrane from second-stage permeate discharge channel and/or layer of metal silver deposited onto second-stage permeate discharge channel inner surface. Hydrophilic membrane with average mesh size of angstrom is used as semipermeable membrane. Permeate discharge channel surface coated with silver layer makes 30-90% of total surface area of permeate discharge channel.
