FIELD: separation of suspensions. SUBSTANCE: liquid cleaner has housing, cylindrical rotor with a cover mounted inside the housing, inlet and outlet branch pipes, electrodes made up as rings, dielectric insert rigidly secured to the inner wall of the rotor, and electrolyzers made up as grids received in the dielectric insert concentrically. The electrodes are built in the dielectric insert in pairs. One of the electrodes of each pair is connected with the rotor housing. The second electrode is connected with the electrolyzer.
