FIELD: testing. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for determination of viscosity of microquantities of dielectric liquid. Process involves measurement of time of movement of liquid over capillary with the use of which viscosity is calculated. One end of capillary is placed into analyzed liquid, inhomogeneous electric field directed along axis of capillary is formed with the help of pair of electrodes "point - plane", voltage between electrodes is measured.
