FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device incorporates a body with inlet and outlet branch pipes. The body has a spiral-shaped flowing channel with permanent square area of circular cross-section, which final part is entered to the outlet branch pipe. In the outlet branch pipe there are collecting electrodes installed perpendicular to liquid flow and made as metal plates shaped as per cross-section of the outlet branch pipe with openings located within the whole surface of electrodes or with one opening near the electrode edge. At assembly the openings in neighbouring electrodes are located diametrically opposed and circular partitions of dielectric material are placed between the electrodes. The collecting electrodes are connected to high-voltage source with alternated potential sign. In the outlet branch pipe there is multiple electrode for preliminary charging of particles in the treated liquid. The plane of electrodes is placed along liquid flow and electrodes are also connected to high-voltage source with alternated potential sign. Along the outer generatrix of the flowing channel there are several slots, for example, three, which are connected through the whole their length to the channel intended for discharge of impurities.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing degree of dielectric liquid treatment.
