FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has trunk with thrust on one end and with cutting member shifted in its cavity. In the trunk there is working chamber, chamber for chuck placing and percussion-trigger mechanism including bolt, shock worker and trigger. The trunk has blind hole disposed parallel to its axis. Pusher whose face end interacts with cutting member projection and is spring-loaded towards this projection is set up in the hole. On internal lateral surface of trunk there are grooves of progressive cross-section for working chamber to be in communication with expansion chamber of cutting member through holes in expansion chamber walls. Working area of cutting member and bearing surface of thrust corresponding to it are made step-like. Cutting member and thrust can have wedge-shaped teeth placed on the steps of their step-shaped surfaces. In another variant the thrust can be made with hole for placing the replaceable plastic member with which the step on the working area of cutting member interacts.
