FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil processing industry. Oil press includes a drive, working chamber with a combined auger located inside it, matrix, charging hopper, discharging tray and discharging chamber for cake exit. Combined auger consists of six zones: loading and transportation zone, precompression zone, compression zone, pressing zone, zone of increasing pressure and pressure stabilizing zone. In the first zone, the diameter of the shaft is constant, the diameter and pitch of the screw turns is constant, the screw turn has a gap at the end of this zone, on the place of which an annular path of constant diameter is made on the screw shaft, in the second zone the screw shaft has a constant diameter, but larger than in the first zone, and in the turns of the screw cuts are made every 360° and, starting from this zone and to the end of the screw, after each turn, gaps are made, after which an annular track of constant diameter is made on the screw shaft, in the third zone, the diameter of the auger shaft is cone-shaped, constantly increasing, in the fourth zone, the diameter of the auger shaft is constant, in the fifth zone, the diameter of the auger shaft is cone-shaped, constantly increasing, in the sixth zone the diameter of the shaft is constant and has a maximum size. In the body along the length of the working chamber, starting from the second zone, with the step equal to the distance between the gaps along the axis of the annular tracks, adjusting bolts are installed. Lower part of the working chamber, located under the fourth, fifth and sixth zones, is made perforated for release of pressed oil, and a discharge tray is installed under it, discharge chamber for the cake exit is equipped with a device for regulating the size of the output gap between the movable matrix and the fixed cover of the body in the horizontal plane.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of oil extraction process by using controlled pressure along the length of the working chamber, maximally adapted for squeezing the remaining oil with minimum increase in the temperature while increasing the cake quality due to its texturing in the working chamber due to adjusting bolts.
