FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the growing culture-producer of species Aspergillus Niger in the presence of at least three inducers of cellulolytic enzymes followed by ultrafiltration treatment of cultural fluid filtrate on the membrane with pore size 10000-20000 Da. Wheat straw or xylane is used as one of inducer of cellulolytic enzymes. Prepared polyenzymic preparation shows beta-xylozidase activity (1000 U/g, not less) and ratio of cellulose and xylanase activity 1:17, not less. EFFECT: increased xylanase and beta-xylosidase activity due to decreased cellulose activity of polyenzymic preparations. 6 cl, 5 tbl
