FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Proposed is a recombinant strain of fungus Penicillium verruculosum PVERINU13 BKPMF-1292 and the strain of Penicillium verruculosum fungus PVERINU18 BKPMF-1291. These strains are producers of a complex of cellulolytic enzymes, including cellobiohydrolases I and II, endoglucanase, beta-glucosidase of fungus Penicillium verruculosum and heterologous exoinulinase from Aspergillus awamori. Proposed are variants of a method for producing an enzyme preparation of cellulases, such as cellobiohydrolases I and II, endoglucanase, beta-glucosidase of fungus Penicillium verruculosum, and exoinulinase and consisting in cultivation of the strain of fungus Penicillium verruculosum PVERINU13 BKPMF-1292 or the strain of fungus Penicillium verruculosum PVER18 BKPMF-1291 , followed by concentration of the culture liquid and drying.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the exoinulinase and cellulose preparation with high activity and can be used in biotechnology when converting any type of inulin containing raw materials into glucose and fructose.
