Folding out housing 1 is installed on frame 2 using rolling support. Additional guides have openings, rolling support is placed on these guides and provided with ledges located in the openings of the additional guides. Folding out housing 1 is equipped with counterweight. Sand placed in housing hopper is used as the counterweight. Garage is equipped with locking connection allowing one to place locks over ground level. The lock comprises L-shaped levers with ledges interacting with guides 3 in closing housing 1.
