SUBSTANCE: device relates to the field of automotive rescue equipment. People rescuing device contains a motor vehicle with a platform (1) with outriggers and the rotary drum (2), on which equipped with hydraulic actuators (5) the vertical lifting (4) and horizontal movement telescopic sections are placed, with receiving, in the form of a basket (8), means for the people at the last section end, connected by the axis (9). At that, the people rescue device (1) is equipped with the folding unregulated counterweight (15), on which the adjustable counterweight (17) is mounted and the base surfaces are made for placement thereon, by means of its clamps, of removable, in the form of a plate with sides and barriers (22) fixed thereon, a platform (21) for people and also pivotal bars fixed thereon, telescopically vertically collapsible descent-ascent cab (23), for which on the projecting cantilever L-shaped pivot (36) is placed, equipped with the telescopic boom, the rotation around the vertical axis drive (37) and the winch (38). Horizontal displacement stationary section is equipped with a thrust (12) in the form of hydraulic cylinder, with its cavities communicating through the gate valve, which is on the one side through the articulated joints is connected to this section end, and on the other side is to the vertical lift second section guide frame (3). To move people from the danger zone, the device (1) is additionally equipped with placed on the balcony or under the room window the autonomous lift in the form of a vertically movable step with the stretcher trays folding holder. For the people descent on the rotary drum (2) an elevator (63) is installed.

EFFECT: enabling the rescue equipment increased accessibility to the remote sites, reduction in the people from the disaster center evacuation time, and maximally reduced physical loads during evacuation.
