FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to passenger cars designed for transportation of wheeled vehicles in garage. Proposed freight-and-passenger car contains living compartment and garage whose load-bearing floor is furnished floor is furnished with supports-locks 4 for fastening cars by tires of wheels 21. Supports-lock has frame 8 with pins 9 for fixing it in floor holes, lever 12 and turnable stop 13 installed on axle 11 and preventing return into initial position of turnable double-arm grip 15 for fixing wheel between grip and readjustable stop 19. Left-band part of double-arm grip in initial position is arranged horizontally, and right-hand part is set for turning when car wheel runs onto said part. Frame is provided with fixed guide for readjustable stop from rear side of which screw of fixed guide is hinge-connected.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability.
