Abstract RU 2057286 C1

FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: image of line focus target of telescopic system is projected on plane of slit diaphragms. Beam splitter made in form of reversing prism turns part of image of line focus target around optical axis of reversing prism through angle of 90 deg relative to image of lines on diaphragm. Beam splitter directs image of line focus target on the third and fourth diaphragms. The second beam splitter directs image of lines to diaphragm of reference signal generator made in form of two slotted holes which are separated at base distance. At regular swinging of scanner mirror, image of lines moves relative to slotted holes of diaphragm of reference signal generator, slit diaphragms, third and fourth diaphragms of image analyzer forming signals at outputs of photoreceiver units. Electric signals in form of pulse bursts may be shifted in time relative to signals of reference signal generator by magnitude proportional to shift of object in system of coordinates whose reference point is preset by position of axis of one of slotted holes of diaphragm of reference signal generator. At definite position of axis of turn of object by means of electronic processing and recording unit, simultaneous measurement of displacements by three linear and one angular coordinates is effected.
