FIELD: tape recorders. SUBSTANCE: when tape feeding mechanism is switched to some mode, fly-wheel with driven wheel of driving shaft starts rotation. Rotation is transmitted to commutation wheel which is cam-shaped. Movement or stop of tape is detected by control lever, which is geared to reel unit by friction. Vertex of control lever, which has rest area, is mounted for sliding inside ring narrowing groove and engages flange. When magnet tape finishes or stops, control lever remains in same position, Flange touches rest area of control lever, which is located on its path. This results in pressing control lever by flange and moving arm of rotation lever with commutation wheel. Second arm of rotation lever presses locking plate of keyboard mechanism and switches drive off. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 4 dwg
