FIELD: food processing industry. SUBSTANCE: extractor has: vertical body with flat bottom, that is divided by special configuration spiral partitions with guiding grooves; vertical driving shaft with traverse, on which two belt-type or chain-type conveyers are mounted, on which there are capable for axial motion along their branches, fixed, connected with overlapping each other members of blades and located in guiding grooves roller supports and means for raw material and extracting agent feeding and removal. Extractor has increased reliability due to absence of zones of stagnation in spiral canals and allows to intensify extraction process due to increased frequency of phases contact surface change in spiral canal of alternating width.
