INSTALLATION FOR GAS-LIQUID EXTRACTION OF VEGETATIVE RAW MATERIALS Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: extraction of solid raw materials by extraction of liquefied gas. SUBSTANCE: installation has extractor, evaporator, condenser and mixer; all the units are connected into closed circuit. Mixer is connected with aids for feeding raw materials and means for feeding extragent. Extractor is made in form of perforated drum, which has cylindrical and diffuser parts. The drum is mounted in horizontal sectionalized driven shaft with holes. Parts of the drum are separated by bead. Mixer-extractor pipe-line is connected with space of the shaft at the side of cylindrical part of the drum. Pipe-line-evaporator- extractor is connected with compartment of the case, which has diffuser with lock reinforcement and additional branch, which has to be a part of section of case of extractor, which section has cylindrical part of the drum. The branch gets away from extractor through cavity of shift at the side of diffuser part of the drum. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
