FIELD: equipment for aqueous-alcoholic extraction of raw plant material in blended, preferably alcoholic, beverages with aromatic additives. SUBSTANCE: extractor has vertical cylindrical housing with solvent cake discharge branch pipe positioned in axial alignment with housing, raw material and extractant supply branch pipes and concave-concave bottom with upper part made perforated and lower part provided with extract discharge branch pipe. Helical blade is mounted in housing for engagement with its wall and bottom. Expeller is mounted in solvent cake discharge branch pipe. Extractor is provided with drives for providing joint directional rotation of helical blade and expeller. Solvent cake discharge branch pipe is positioned in upper part of housing. Expeller is positioned so that its portion extends beyond solvent cake discharge branch pipe in housing through its height. Helical blade is mounted in spaced relation with respect to expeller part positioned in housing. Expeller and helical blade have opposed coiling direction. Generatrix of helical blade is inclined relative to its geometrical axis towards housing bottom. Expeller helical blade rotation drives are made independent and asynchronous.
