APPARATUS FOR LIQUID SATURATION WITH GAS Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

FIELD: chemical processes. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for liquid saturation with gas has mass-exchanging flow-through type mixing chamber with converging tube - diffuser canal and connected with source of liquid feeding; gas nozzle at chamber inlet, that is connected with source of compressed gas feeding by pipeline; gas generator of pulsations mounted on compressed gas feeding pipeline. Chamber canal narrow cross-section has turbulators of stream made in the form of bulges uniformly located along perimeter. Turbulators have flat surface from side of diffuser cross-section of the chamber. There are two versions of mixing chamber structure: I - inside cylindrical mixing chamber in front of nozzle there is figure of rotation formed by two cones with their bases joined, outer surfaces of which have bulges. In the case there is resonator located on cone from nozzle side, that forms with it gas generator of pulsations; II - inside cylindrical mixing chamber there is figure of rotation with through canal, formed by two cones with their bases joined, and with bulges located on outer surfaces of cones. In the case one end of canal from chamber inlet side is nozzle and rod is located in it, on which in front of nozzle there is resonator, that forms with it gas generator of pulsations, and opposite end of canal is connected with source of compressed gas feeding.
