FIELD: food industry; preparation and dispensing of carbonated beverages.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes saturation of liquid with gas and dispensing of liquid at changing of liquid temperature in container by delivering excess pressure under liquid surface. Device for implementing said method is proposed. Mechanical stirring of liquid is provided by impeller with nozzles over which heat exchanger is located installed for rotation relative to vertical axle in plane square to said axle when gas from excess pressure source is delivered through nozzles.
EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to provision of effective saturation of liquid with gas and heat exchange inside container, reduced energy consumption for dispensing of liquid.
