FIELD: oil production. SUBSTANCE: oil-bearing and coal seams are open by vertical and inclined horizontal holes. Coal seam is enkindled and hot gaseous heat transfer agent produced in heat generator in coal seam is fed into oil-bearing seam without extraction to day surface. Pressure exceeding summary hydraulic resistance of holes and oil-bearing seam is maintained in underground heat generator. Production holes are used under cyclic operating conditions.
