FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: cutter-loader has reduction gear of actuating element mounted for turning with reference to its body, mechanism turning reduction gear, screw actuating element attached to reduction gear, drive of actuating element and feeding mechanism. Reduction gear of actuating element has loading shield which is jointed to housing of reduction gear of actuating element. Mechanism for turning of reduction gear of actuating element is manufactured in the form of rack-and-pinion transmission with two hydraulic cylinders for drive of rack. Actuating element is mounted for turning about longitudinal axis of cutter-loader body. Longitudinal axis of cutter-loader is located perpendicular to direction of movement of cutter-loader.
