FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: axial stops arranged on ends of inertial mass bend piezoids outside and their internal conducting plates are electrically insulated from inertial mass. External conducting plates of piezoids are made in the form of two concentric electrically insulated sections one of which is connected to metering circuit of charge amplifier and other one, to negative feedback circuit of the latter. Outputs of charge amplifier of each piezoid are connected to differential amplifier input. Accelerometer can use differential amplifier for amplifying useful signal and reducing noise. EFFECT: improved sensitivity and measurement accuracy. 2 dwg
