FIELD: well-drilling seismometry. SUBSTANCE: transducer has two-electrode piezoelectric element 1, made as plate 2 of piezoelectric material. Opposite edges of plate contact electrodes. Transducer is also provided with charge amplifier 3 the output of which is connected to its inverting input through feedback resistor. One of electrodes of piezoelectric element 1 is connected to inverting input of charge amplifier 3, and the other electrode consists of two electrically insulated sections one of which is connected directly to output of charge amplifier 3 and the other, to its noninverting input through "earth busbar and correcting resistor 4. Sectionalizing of one of electrodes of two-electrode piezoelectric element and connection of sections to circuit in the way indicated above allows automatic compensation of effect of environmental destabilizing factors on measurement results, thus improving the accuracy of measurements within wide range of well-drilling condition variation.
