FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacture of oxide cathodes for electron guns. In process of manufacture of oxide cathodes suspension containing triple carbonate of alkali-earth metals is injected with scandium nitrate (less than 5 per cent by mass) or indium nitrate (less than 2.5 per cent by mass) in the form of solution which is added drop by drop. EFFECT: improved quality of oxide cathodes.
