SUBSTANCE: apparatus has powered fan, seed accumulator formed as cyclone with tangential inlet branch pipe connected to suction nozzle through airduct and to fan suction branch pipe through outlet pipe. Apparatus has toroid-shaped horizontal pressure chamber with tangential pipe connected to fan pressure pipe. Arched recesses made in pressure chamber bottom are arranged in concentric circles with axes extending at an acute angle with respect to radius toward center. Resilient collar made from polymeric material is fastened at outer side along perimeter of pressure chamber. Collar lower edge is positioned below pressure chamber bottom. Vertical cylindrical nozzle with auger is mounted within pressure chamber. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced seed loss and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 dwg
