SUBSTANCE: apparatus has horizontal cylindrical casing with inlet and outlet branch pipes and vapor discharge pipe. Drive shaft with disks attached to it is mounted within casing in horizontal position. C-shaped partition walls are mounted in lower part of casing between disks. At least one infrared source is mounted within casing. Thickness of disks is increasing toward drive shaft axis and disks are arranged so as to define broken line.
