SUBSTANCE: apparatus has body with inlet branch pipe, that is located on longitudinal axis of body; and outlet branch pope located on bottom of body; located inside the body sorbent layer both sides limited by filtering members and lattices; jet to feed water; connected with outlet branch pipe and passing through sorbent layer overflow pipe; filtering members and lattices; body lid, inner side of which has stops limiting movement of upper lattice and overflow pipe. in the case jet is located on outer side of body between bottom and inlet branch pipe.
