FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: standardized members of device are made as longitudinal halves of adjacent rows bordering on each other and fastened by nondetachable cross-pieces in points of bordering and are equipped with conjugation surfaces having connecting members. In this case the width of one standardized member is equal to half the width of one row. The length of standardized member is equal to length of its setting place in multirow packet. Expanding ends of pipes are made many-sided. Connecting members are made as those of connection "dowel-gap". Intertubular channels with one of frontal sides of packet are made closed. Device is used in contact heat- and mass-exchange apparatus-economizers, deaerators, capacitors, irrigators, mixers, bubblers etc. EFFECT: enhanced technological effectiveness, reliability. 6 cl, 11 dwg
