FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: film apparatus is comprised of a casing and vertical rows of horizontal heating tubes accommodated therein. Said tubes are secured in tube plates and installed inside guide members adjoining a sprinkler. There also is a separator and a liquid-collecting chamber. The guide members of the apparatus are made from elastic strips passing between the tubes along each vertical row of tubes and forming slot channels of variable width so that the sides of replaceable strips contact alternatively with each tube except the upper one. The width of the elastic strips is 0.2 to 20 tube diameters. Elastic strips are made from polymeric or metal film with two-sided longitudinal embossed pattern. Tube plates are made of separate sections interconnected with one another, with casing and tubes by removable sealing members. Intermediate partitions installed between tube plates are made from separate parts and form removable units together with tubes, guide members and parts of tube plates. Individual parts of tube plates and intermediate partitions are installed in additional sealing members. EFFECT: improved design. 5 Cl, 5 dwg
