FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is equipped with spray nozzle placed in input of pipe 2 for liquid feed and having diameter of flow section 0.8-2.00 mm. Assembly for feeding the compressed air to spraying assembly is made as branch pipe communicated with reservoir cavity and embracing the pipe section going out of reservoir. The spraying assembly is made in the form of flange 9 and cover 10 mounted on face end of branch pipe perpendicular to its axis with space relative to each other and forming slit circular nozzle 8. Hollow screw 11 connects flange 9 and cover 10. Flange 9 has ring-shaped recess of rectangular section, with axial channel 14 for communicating with pipe for liquid feed, with channels 15 parallel to axial one to communicate with branch pipe cavity and radial channels to communicate axial channel 14 with slit circular nozzle 8. Area S1 of flow section of slit of nozzle 8 in its output is chosen in range of 18.05-28.888 mm2. Total area S2 of flow sections of channels 15 parallel to axial one is chosen in range of 28.026 - 63.58 mm2. Slit length in longitudinal section is chosen equal to 1.5-3.5 mm.
