SUBSTANCE: vortex unit includes vortex members with collector and device for changing their position, two coaxial outer and inner branch pipes forming central straight-way passage and circular passage communicated with vortex members fitted in collector. Vortex members are made in form bent branch pipes at unidirectional location of outlet sections; they are articulated in collector forming double-arm levers whose arms are located on different sides from collector; arms of levers located at coaxial branch pipe outlet form vortex passage and arms of levers located in circular passage are connected with device changing position of bent branch pipes.
