SUBSTANCE: an outer diameter of one cylindrical surface of a boss, engaging with a braking clutch, secured to a body of a frame, is equal to 1.2 of an outer diameter of a second cylindrical surface of the boss. A pipeline for feeding air into the braking clutch, secured to the cylindrical surface of the boss, is directly joined with pipelines, arranged inside of a drive shaft. A menifold for distributing compressed air in pipelines is in the form of a set of cylindrical sections, having annular turnings, and inserts.
