FIELD: equipment for assembly of the briquette-tread bands of the casings of the pneumatic tires. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device for assembly of the briquette-tread bands of the casings of the pneumatic tires, in particular, the tire casings of a radial construction, in two stages and may find application in the tires production. The device for assembly of the briquette-tread bands of the casings of the pneumatic tires has the assembly drum installed on the bearing supports of the drive shaft. The outer surface of the assembly drum is formed by segments installed on the sliding blocks linked by driving elements with a spider. The spider is installed on the drive shaft with the help of bearings. The device contains hubs with a sprocket wheel, a collecting channel for an air supply, two brake clutches. One of the clutches is fixed on the shell. Inside the shaft there is an installed screw. The screw is installed with a capability of progressive motion in respect to the shaft and with capability of joint rotation with it. The screw using it threading interacts with a nut installed in the hub. On the other end of the screw there is a fixed spider. On the housing of the drum there is an installed sleeve, that periodically interacts with a brake clutch fixed on a bearing support. The construction of the device is simple and reliable. EFFECT: device for assembly of the briquette-tread bands of the casings of the pneumatic tires is reliable and has a simple construction. 1dwg
