FIELD: building materials production process. SUBSTANCE: method to produce cement provides for production of alite portlandcement clinker by calcination of initial raw material mixture till sintering in rotating furnace with introduction of portland cement addition in amount of 0.05 - 5% of clinker mass with following clinker cooling and its grinding with gypsum component. Cement raw materials mixture is additionally introduced with cement dust, trapped from exhaust furnace gasses. With initial difference 1) (Λ) of values of raw material mixture and dust saturation factor of 0.2 - 0.4 portland cement addition is first introduced in amount of 0.05 mass %, that the value is increased by 1.5 - 5 fold till production of 2) Λ in limits of 0.1 - 0.15. Then not changing amount of portland cement feeding they increase feeding into furnace of raw materials mixture, as compared to initial amount, till 3) L of 0.16 - 0.2 is produced and repeat the operations successively till obtain 4) L of less than 0.09 and continue calcination without change of achieved amount of raw material mixture and cement addition till production of alite in clinker with deviation of no more than +\- 2.5 % of calculated level. Method of pieces production of concrete based on portland cement with heat-moisture treatment provides for curing pieces by steam in soft node or keeping them in hardening chamber.
