FIELD: building materials production. SUBSTANCE: portland cement clinker is prepared by roasting of cement raw material mixture and by adding portland cement followed by cooling. Thus obtained clinker is ground together with gypsum component. Mentioned above raw material mixture represents alkali-containing mixture, R2O content in it being 0.45-1.5 mass % as calculated for clinker. Quantity of mentioned above portland cement additive is 0.01-1 % of clinker mass. Said portland cement additive is added till [(K,N)C8A3], C2S and C3S, minerals are prepared. Said clinker contains (mass %): C3S 60-75, C2S 2-15, C3A 4-12, C4AF 10-14, [(K,N)C8A3]$ 0.01-1. Thus prepared concrete is mixed with filler and water, then mixture is formed. Articles being manufactured of said mixture are affected by wet heat treatment. Said articles are placed into chamber for hardening where their heating within 40-90 min to 80-95 C are carried out. Then temperature in said chamber is decreased to 20-30 C within 180-300 min. Mentioned above wet heat treatment may be carried out by sustaining articles within 1.5-5 h at 0-30 C and at relative humidity 50-100 % to complete bound of AlO(OH) gel being isolated during hydration of [(K,N)C8A3],. The process is followed by sustaining in chamber for hardening within 3-48 h at 10-40 C. EFFECT: increases rate of hardening, decreases energy expense during wet heat treatment. 8 cl, 4 tbl
