FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method for production of portland cement includes production of portland cement clinker, containing tricalcium silicate, bicalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate and four-calcium alumoferrite, sintering of initial cement raw mix, containing calcium, silica-alumina, ferriferous components and fluorine-containing mineralisator - fluorine-carbon-containing wastes of electrolytic production of aluminium in amount of 0.1-0.25 wt % as equivalent to fluorine from initial raw mix, cooling and grinding of clinker with gypsum. According to another version of invention, fluorine-containing mineralisator is represented by mixture of fluorite and above-specified wastes at their following content, wt % as equivalent to fluorine: specified wastes - 0.1-0.2, fluorite - the rest till content of fluorine in raw mix of 0.15-0.4 wt %. Specified wastes are represented by dust of electric filters or sludge of gas treatment, or flotation tailings of coal froth.

EFFECT: reduced specific consumption of fuel for clinker annealing, improved efficiency and prolonged overhaul life of furnace, efficiency of mills operation in process of clinker grinding, recycling of aluminium production wastes.
