FIELD: building materials industry, concrete mixtures preparation. SUBSTANCE: concrete mixture preparation method provides for crashing of measured in doses porous filler before its mixing with other components of concrete mixture. Crushing is exercised in roller crusher with two two-step rollers mounted so as to form unloading slit with longitudinal axis of symmetry. Loading mechanism of crusher is made in the form of two stationary sides mounted so as to be capable for motion along surface of steps and rigid fixation in respect to longitudinal sides for limitation of working surfaces lengths of rollers steps. Porous filler is fed in roller crusher in amount, that exceeds its productivity. EFFECT: method allows to adjust amount and granulated composition of porous filler sand fraction in process of crushing. 2 cl, 1 dwg
